What is Pronto?

Pronto replaces spreadsheets and disconnected apps for small service businesses and shops. Clients book through an online page with only a name and phone number, staff share a drag-and-drop calendar, client cards keep visit history and notes, and a point of sale works offline as a PWA. It can be self-hosted with Docker or used as a cloud service.

Highlights

  • Online booking page with no client account
  • Calendar with staff colors and double-booking prevention
  • Client cards, tags and CSV import from other booking tools
  • POS checkout that works offline

Best for

Salons, barbershops, clinics, fitness studios and small retail shops.

Need a server to host it?

Docker, Node, Python, Java and similar stacks usually need a VPS where you can install your own software. A small VPS is enough to start, and you can upgrade later. Hostinger offers both shared web hosting and VPS plans.
