Apache Superset is a modern business intelligence web application with a no-code interface for building charts, a web-based SQL editor, a lightweight semantic layer for custom dimensions and metrics, support for nearly any SQL database, a wide range of visualizations and a configurable caching layer. It is more powerful, and heavier to run, than Metabase.
