What is TaxHacker?
TaxHacker is a self-hosted accounting app for freelancers, indie hackers and small businesses that uses modern AI to automate expense and income tracking. You upload documents, and it extracts dates, amounts and items, categorizes transactions, splits invoice line items and detects currencies, using the LLM of your choice, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral or a local model.
Best for Freelancers and small businesses drowning in receipts who want automated capture.
